This is a new restaurant installation including 3 Walk-In refrigeration boxes and several prep tables. All the refriigeration in this restaurant excepting the back bar cooler is remote air-cooled. The condensing units are all outdoor units located on the roof directly above the walk-in boxes. Multiple prep tables run off a single condensing unit. This approach allow for the use of outdoor equipment and results in reduced equipment capital costs.
